Walt Disney World Invitational will be my 1st Outdoor meet of the year. It is a very low key meet at a great facility. I will be running the 100 and doing the Long Jump. I'm using the meet to check the progressions of my training. I will be filming my jumps and 100 to have something to work with as far as training for the rest of the season.
